You and your small group of up to 13 passengers at a time will be transferred safely & efficiently to or from Cairns Domestic & International Airports and Cairns CBD hotels/resorts.

Service includes the carriage of 1 suitcase and 1 carryon item per passenger.

More luggage etc can be carried but is subject to additional costs.

Please note, this is not a shuttle bus service. We meet you at your arriving flight luggage carousel approximately 20 minutes after your flight touches down and we leave the airport when your entire group is all ready to go.

Transfer is by late model air-conditioned Toyota Commuter minibus with a luggage trailer.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 1 day of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

    We just recently had our work conference in Cairns and we we required transfer for our event. I had found this business via trip advisor. Tony was professional, on time, answer my query very quickly and very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone using this business services. I will be letting others know if they require transfer to go through CRMGT. Thanks again Tony

    We were a group of 3 adults and 5 kids (age 3 to 11) travelling on Easter Sunday and had booked in Cairns Region Minibus Group Transfers (CRMGT) to do our transfer from the airport to our accommodation as I loved the idea of a private transfer and someone meeting us at the baggage carousel to give us a hand especially when you have 5 kids in tow! Booster seats were provided for free which was a bonus. Tony was super friendly, communication prior to our flight arrival was great and he went over and beyond when our flight got delayed and our 6.30pm arrival changed into a 12.30am arrival. Nothing was a bother and he still came with a smile. Would totally recommend using CRMGT especially if you are a large group travelling and not wanting to hire a minivan.

    We used their service for several days in a row (to and from the airport and other excursions). They were always on time and friendly. We would definitely use them again.

    Tony is a great operator of his business. He was on time for pickup and drop-off and very pleasent to talk to and arrange everything months ahead of time. He provided a good reliable service and pulls a locked trailer to store suitcases.
